An interaction contrast test comparing the size of the interval effect at low and high frequencies was, after correction, marginally significant [estimated difference of differences = 2.16 dB, F (1, 10.00) = 6.77, p = 0.053], providing modest evidence that the size of the interval effect differed between low and high frequencies, although in both cases the trend was in the same direction, with a larger interval producing a lower TMR at threshold.
