Third, based on the data analysis of participants who were followed up for five years and the results of the relative mRNA expression levels by RT-qPCR in PBMCs of other subjects who participated in the observational study, it was demonstrated that the possibility of early UA-lowering therapy might be significant for coronary calcium deposition in patients with HUA.
