Our major findings were as follows: (1) age, haemoglobin, globulin, and creatinine may be significant predictive factors for renal dysfunction in patients with SRCs, and the cut-off values for haemoglobin, globulin, and creatinine were 135 g/L, 27.2 g/L, and 85 μmol/L, respectively, and (2) the predictable nomogram is accurate and stable, with AUCs of 0.829, 0.752, and 0.888 in the training cohort, internal and external validation cohorts, respectively.
