According to module a, most of ω -6 PUFAs, like linoleic acid (LA), γ -linoleic acid (GLA), arachidonic acid (AA), et al., and ω -3 PUFAs, like a -linoleic acid (ALA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentanoic acid (EPA), et al., expressed a decreasing trend in DR patients while the metabolites of ω -6 PUFAs (12-/15-HETE) were significantly up-regulated.
