Alteration in a Notch pathway gene (three patients) was of borderline significance for association with PFS: patients with an oncogenic or likely oncogenic alteration in this pathway had a median PFS of 7.9 (95% CI 5.1 to not reached) compared with 17.9 weeks in patients without such alteration (10.0 to not reached) (p=0.052).
