In this study, there was no statistical difference in the disease-free survival between the Lap-PAN and no-surgery groups, however a slight trend of therapeutic effect was confirmed in the patients with PELN enlargement in spite of the pathological metastasis which was not detected, and the proportion of PELN enlargement was slightly higher in the Lap-PAN group (66.7%) than in the no-surgery group (47.3%).
