Conclusion At present, this work has collected one of the largest cohorts of ambulant BMD patients, providing relevant information about histological picture and showing extremely significant correlations between histological traits and some functional data making this information useful for any pharmacological trial in which the modification of muscle biopsy is utilized as outcome measures.
