Relative to the control group (CN), there were highly significant differences in centile scores across large ( N > 500) groups of cases diagnosed with multiple disorders (Fig. 4a , Supplementary Information 10 ), with effect sizes ranging from medium (0.2 < Cohen’s d < 0.8) to large (Cohen’s d > 0.8) (see Supplementary Tables 3 , 4 for all false discovery rate (FDR)-corrected P values and effect sizes).
