All the independent variables were statistically significant at a significance level of 0.05 at thresholds of 0.35, 0.40, 0.45, and 0.55 for the inference output; except for the “SAO” subgroup, which was marginally significant (i.e., p -value between 0.05 and 0.1), all other independent variables were statistically significant at a significance level of 0.05 at the threshold of 0.60 for the inference output; for the patient subgroups, “cryptogenic” subgroup had the highest β-coefficient values at all the thresholds.
