The Reactome “antiviral mechanism by IFN stimulated genes” gene set and hallmark “interferon alpha response” and “interferon gamma response” gene sets share several of the same highly significant DEGs, including IFIT1, IFIT3, ISG15, MX1, OAS1, and OASL, which are significantly upregulated (FDR ≤ 0.05 and LFC ≥ 1.0) at day 3 vs 0 and significantly downregulated (FDR ≤ 0.05 and LFC ≤ -1.0) at day 15 vs 3 ( Supplemental Figures 4–6 ).
