If we raise the temperature from 110 °C to 170 °C, it demonstrates a high gas sensing response, an enhancement in the conductivity/resistivity and a speedy recovery at an optimal temperature of 170 °C, while for an increasing temperature, it shows a decreasing trend in the response and recovery.
