It is clear from this figure that for Ba 2 ErTaO 6 , the electronic thermal conductivity shows an increasing trend from a small value at 100 K to 2.1 W m −1 K −1 at 800 K, while the lattice thermal conductivity decreases from 2 W m −1 K −1 at 100 K to 0.1 W m −1 K −1 at 800 K.
