As shown in Table 2 , HF in the HE group was decreased very significantly ( p < 0.01) and HF in the LE-BFR group was increased very significantly ( p < 0.01) after the training, which led to the highly significant change of LF/HF ratios among the groups. 4 Discussion This study aimed to find out the resistance exercise type that was beneficial for regulating BP and ANS, and that could avoid higher cardiovascular risk.
