Within this subset, a slight trend was observed for a higher frequency of some disease characteristics potentially associated with less aggressive disease compared with those who received <2 years of avelumab treatment, which included a better performance status, smaller tumor burden, a lower prevalence of liver metastases at baseline and a higher frequency of disease control achieved with prior chemotherapy.
