Despite the small number of patients, the difference between first and last BFRCS score was highly significant [ t (6) = 5.2, p = 0.002, n = 7, exclusion of the patient with Kanner scale], indicating that catatonia was more severe at the beginning [16.4 (SD 4.1)] than at the end of the course of tDCS [8.9 (SD 6.5)].
