Indeed, of the 49 HRGs from Arabidopsis ( Figure 2 ), which correspond to 161 expressed transcripts in rapeseed ( Supplementary Figure 2 ), 118 to 127 transcripts responded to hypoxia in roots after 4 and 24 h, and therefore showed a highly significant enrichment ( Supplementary Table 2 , column Q; Supplementary Table 4 ).
