After comprehensive consideration of the risk of bias, although all studies were RCTs, the major factor affecting the quality was that patients, intervention personnel, and the outcome assessor were not blinded, which may lead to a subjective influence on the healing judgment, giving the results a positive trend (Fig. 2 ).
