Although the serum 25(OH)D3 levels of subjects were significantly lower in March (14.11 ± 1.259 ng/mL) than in May (17.67 ± 1.342 ng/mL; p = 0.0013, paired t test), the correlation between the two sampling points was highly significant (r = 0.717, p < 0.0001).
