As shown in Figure 2 B–J, the plasma ALT, ALP, γ-GGT activities and TBIL, UN, Cr, and LDH levels in realgar-exposed mice were 1.6-, 3.3-, 4.94-, 3.19-, 1.82-, 1.69- and 1.79-times higher than those of the control mice, respectively ( p < 0.05), and the plasma AST activity of mice exposed to realgar showed an increasing trend ( p > 0.05).
