As shown in Figure 3B , although there was no significant difference in the proportion of classic, intermediate, and non-classical monocytes before (day 0) and after G-CSF treatment ( P = 0.8981, 0.7113 and 0.9953, respectively), the intermediate and non-classical monocytes demonstrated a decreasing trend, whereas classical monocytes demonstrated an increasing trend.
