While we could not identify any relative risk differences for cerebral aneurysm rupture between the two geoenvironmental living conditions urban and rural, individuals with an outdoor job had a strong (RR 1.24; 95% CI 1.00–1.55; p = 0.054) but marginally non-significant correlation with higher rupture rates.
