However, further examination of the regulatory effect of exercise on emotion regulation and adolescent NSSI behavior shows that exercise has a significant regulatory effect on positive emotion regulation and adolescent NSSI behavior (β=0.200, P <0.05), and positive emotion regulation plays a highly significant role in adolescents with low and medium level of exercise.
