In addition, eyeballs’ weight and morphometrical analysis at eyeball equator revealed a highly significant decrease in eyeballs’ weight, total retinal thickness, thicknesses of individual retinal layers, and decrease of mean ganglion cells count in VGB treated group compared to other groups.
