However, DN mutations show a large rise in predicted | ΔΔG | compared to using only monomeric structures, increasing from 2.66 to 3.32 kcal mol −1 , while GOF mutations show only a small increase, from 2.42 to 2.65 kcal mol −1 , and the overall difference between DN and GOF mutations becomes highly significant.
