On UVA, pre-SBRT CA19-9 (hazard ratio [HR] = 1.00; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.000–1.001; p = 0.031), post-SBRT ALC (HR = 0.33; 95% CI, 0.11–0.91; p = 0.031), and post-SBRT NLR (HR = 1.13; 95% CI, 1.04–1.22; p = 0.009) were associated with OS, with a trend towards significance for induction chemotherapy duration and CTV volume ( Table 3 ).
