After 72 h, a highly significant increase of cells in the S-phase (PC-3: 39 ± 5%; DU145: 31 ± 2%) compared to controls (PC-3: 25 ± 3%; DU145: 22 ± 2%) was found, accompanied by a significant decrease of treated cells in the G1/G0 phase (PC-3: 31 ± 4%; DU145: 50 ± 3%) compared to controls (PC-3: 50 ± 3%; DU145 69 ± 4%).
