In addition, we found a significant interaction between genotype and print area (Figure 2D ; F [3,72] = 4.06; p = 0.023), with post‐hoc tests showing significant reductions in print area for the right front (RF) paw of NSG1 KO animals ( p < 0.05), while all other paws showed similar magnitude changes and a trend toward significance (Figure 2D ).
