In Quetta, Pakistan, there was some evidence that people from Afghanistan were more likely to use opiates as a first drug than people from Pakistan but this was borderline significant (AOR 1.97 95% CI 0.97–4.0), and Afghani people were less likely to have sex with a sex worker (AOR 0.61 95% CI 0.37–0.99).
