To our knowledge, these n-3 supplementation-mediated effects on the spatial learning and neuroinflammation of young mice have not been described before in the few studies that have conducted similar comparisons [ 73 , 116 ] except one, in which a slight trend was observed in the 5–6th training day in a Morris water maze in n-3-supplemented 6-months-old wild type animals [ 117 ].
