Table 3 summarises the findings of past studies on flexural properties of fibre-reinforced epoxy composites at different layering numbers and a decreasing trend was observed for average flexural strength as the number of woven layers increased, as indicated: 6L (52.25 MPa) < 4L (78.04 MPa) < 3L (79.25 MPa).
