The latter three flavonoids (kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, kaempferol-4-O-glucoside, and kaempferol-3-O-glucoside) determined the pure yellow flower color, and showed an overall trend of first increasing and then decreasing, all of which reached the highest contents at T2 (Supplementary Fig. 10 ).
