We confirmed that VIVA-43LIG cells had significantly increased cell invasion compared to the original parental MDA-MB-134VI cells (with VIVA1 also showing increased cell invasion that almost reached statistical significance in this case, P = 0.051), however, noted that VIVA-43Spl cells had similar invasion rates to the parental MDA-MB-134VI cells.
