We used both poly:IC and LPS to highlight that regardless of signaling through TLR3-TRIF or TLR4-TRIF and MyD88, the effects of CYP450 lipid-PPARα axis acts further downstream of the signaling cascade which may be significant due to the difference in PAMPs detected in multi-pathogenic interactions with the host immunity in superinfection.
