In terms of parameters estimates, Table 3 shows that both the I COPPE reduced pilot version and the I COPPE short form present highly significant factor loadings and inter‐item reliability values, with a minimum of 0.58 ( R 2 = .34) for overall future well‐being in the Italian sample, and a maximum of 0.99 ( R 2 = 0.98) for occupational present well‐being in the US sample.
