As a result of this association and the potential cultural distance between the probation officer and their client, there may be significant limitations in what information is provided in a ‘Gladue PSR’ as well as how that information is framed, possibly directly impacting Gladue's remedial impacts where a PSR provides the only Gladue information presented to the court.
