Overall, encapsulation constants showed a decreasing trend with rising temperature (Fig. 3(D) ), which is in good agreement with previous results reported for other stilbenes, such as resveratrol, 14 oxyresveratrol, 23 and piceatannol. 15 There were small differences among CDs.
