When comparing women after exclusive caesarean section childbirth with nulliparae, symptoms of prolapse were non‐significantly more likely to be found in the caesarean section group (26% vs 18%, P = 0.1), and there were weak trends or marginally significant findings toward more prolapse on POP‐Q as well as more true rectocele on imaging.
