Using KD data for this gene, we find that there is a highly significant decrease in the cleavage ratio in KD samples compared to controls ( P = 0.00018, one-tailed t -test, mean control ratio = 0.125, mean KD ratio = 0.066, Fig. 3 ), suggesting that RPS19 may be modulating RNA processing at this site.
