Although we were aware that in-person and video call interviews might differ because of differences in creating contact with the participant and the participant’s sense of privacy, studies suggest that the differences might not be significant for the duration of the interview, the number of codes, and the interview analysis [ 46 , 47 ] or sharing deeply personal experiences [ 48 ].
