Three highly produced MnPs showed a decreasing trend over time, similarly with a majority of the ten detected MnPs in the secretome of G. subvermispora (strain RP-B) grown in the ball-milled aspen containing liquid cultures, thus highlighting the importance of these enzymes in the early stages of wood degradation [ 32 ].
