Regarding trends in suicidal attempts during the COVID-19 pandemic, an increasing trend was reported in 22.2% ( n = 4) studies, while a decreased trend was reported in 11.1% ( n = 2) studies. 5.6% ( n = 1) of studies reported no increased or decreased trend in suicidal attempts.
