UCG confirmed that the compound induced hiPS-CMs were better than the standard induced hiPS-CMs in improving cardiac function and structural remodeling, and its therapeutic effect showed an increasing trend with time, while the therapeutic effect of the standard induced hiPS-CMs therapy was mainly confined to the early stage after transplantation, which might be related to the short time for standard induced hiPS-CMs to maintain aggregation to the heart.
