Funnel plots (Figure S6 ) and regression tests for asymmetry indicated a marginally significant publication bias only in the effect of size on richness, and thus, the “trim‐and‐fill” method was used to adjust for this bias by imputing potentially missing study results (Viechtbauer, 2010 ).
