Conclusion We conclude that the use of any of the three targeted immunosuppression regimens under consideration: tocilizumab, netakimab, or baricitinib in combination with the standard of care therapy, results in an improvement in CRP levels and a positive trend in NEWS2 score 120 h after the start of the therapy in patients with mild to moderate coronavirus infection relative to SOC therapy alone.
