The highly significant enriched biological processes associated with upregulated genes in the TG on CFA3D were involved in phosphoprotein, cytoplasm, alternative splicing, membrane, nucleus, protein binding, metal ion binding, regulation of transcription, DNA-templated, and zinc ion binding, while those associated with downregulated genes were mainly involved in phosphoprotein, cytoplasm, alternative splicing, membrane, splice variant, nucleus, protein binding, metal binding, and acetylation after CFA injection ( Figure 6A ).
