Salt stress decreased the (Na + ) shoot/(Na + ) root ratio in both 323F3 and P300, but there were no apparent differences between the genotypes regardless of salt stress ( Figure 2 D), suggesting that the genotypic difference in the translocation of Na + from the roots to the shoots might not be significant.
