Meanwhile, the Erysipelotrichaceae members Faecalibaculum and Dubosiella , the Lactobacillaceae member Lactobacillus , and the Eggerthellaceae member Enterorhabdus were positively correlated with obesity-related parameters, and negatively correlated with hepatic CYP7A1 and LDLR expressions, indicating that they might be significant genera for the development of HFD-induced obesity.
