18 Increased presence of T REG s in tumors, TdLNs, and blood was observed with PXL-NP/aPD-1-treated mice compared with aPD-1 monotherapy ( figure 2 ), suggesting that the pleiotropic effects of PXL on enhancing activity of T REG s in this model may be significant and explain the lack of additional efficacy afforded by combination therapy compared with aPD-1 alone.
