There were moderate-sized correlations between higher frontal CFH protein levels and poorer motor domain scores (ρ = 0.54, p = 0.02) and poorer executive domain performance (ρ = –0.40, p = 0.08; Figures 4A,B ), with the former a significant relationship and the latter a statistical trend.
