For lifetime drinking, there were several marginally significant interaction effects (Table 3 , 0.05 < = p < = 0.20); the patterns on lifetime drinking showed that the low‐poverty neighborhood voucher treatment was harmful in the absence of youth behavioral and learning problems, but Section 8 voucher treatment was beneficial for mothers of youth with these socioemotional vulnerabilities (Table S2 ).
